3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Framer uses service providers such as Amazon Web Services, which may involve a transfer of data to the USA. This is based on a data processing agreement and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Server log files
When you visit the website, information sent by your browser is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is used to deliver and secure the website and is not combined with other data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Usage statistics
Our hosting provider records the use of the website in aggregated form, for example the number of page views. No cookies are set and no user profiles are created. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Contact form
If you write to us via the contact form, we process the information you provide (role, name, company, email address, optional phone number and your message) to answer your enquiry. The information is forwarded to our mailbox via our hosting provider.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your information to handle your request. Legal basis and deletion follow section 6.
8. Applications
If you apply to us, for example by email, we process your application documents (contact details, CV, certificates and any other information you send us) to decide on your application. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to an employment relationship) in conjunction with Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). If you are not hired, we delete your documents no later than six months after the end of the process, unless you have consented to longer storage. If you are hired, the data is transferred to your personnel file.
9. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes.

To display fonts, this website loads font files from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
11. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
